Terms & Conditions

General:

- Check-in is from 2:00PM on your check-in day unless otherwise arranged.

- Check-out is by 10:00AM on your check-out day unless otherwise arranged.

- The guest will be charged for a further night if checking-out after 12:00PM.

- Smoking or lighting candles/incense sticks/oil burners inside the rooms is prohibited - charges will apply.

- Extra cleaning charges will apply if the room is left in an unsatisfactory state on departure, causing unwarranted cleaning time. For example, a minimum fee of $100 will be charged if stubborn stains are found on bed linen and/or towels due to make-up removal, wiping greasy/oily/heavily soiled items, or severe food or blood stains.

- Damage to the motel room and/or motel premises should be reported immediately. Assessments are done after the guest/s have checked out. Non-reported damage will automatically be charged at market rates. A daily room rate or a reasonable amount can also be payable if the room is considered unfit to be sold or if the damage causes any business interruptions until the issue or issues are resolved.

- No pets allowed unless otherwise arranged – extra cleaning charges will apply.

- Charges will apply to any lost or stolen keys.

- Cooking inside or around the rooms is forbidden - except for the use of the kettle, toaster, and microwave.

- Due to fire regulations, management must be aware of the number of guest/s in the room/s.​

- Guests are expected to behave in a manner that ensures a pleasant and respectful environment for all. The motel reserves the right to take appropriate action, including reporting to authorities, to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests and staff. The following behaviours are considered misconduct and may result in immediate eviction without refund, and potential charges for any damages or additional costs incurred; 

  1. Disruptive Behavior: Loud or disruptive behavior that disturbs other guests or violates quiet hours.

  2. Illegal Activities: Engagement in any illegal activities or use of illegal substances on the premises.

  3. Damage to Property: Intentional or negligent damage to motel property or the property of other guests.

  4. Violence or Threats: Any form of violence, threats, or harassment towards other guests or motel staff.

  5. Unauthorized Use: Unauthorized use of motel facilities or services.

Payment:

- Valid credit card details will be taken at time of booking and stored securely in our booking software.

- Fee will be charged on the morning of check-in.

- Once payment clears, the guest receives their check-in details.

Cancellation:

- Guest will be charged 100% of room fee If the booking is cancelled within 48 hours of check-in. We expect our guests to understand that we are a small motel, and holding bookings means other people cannot book.
